Research study reports & white papers.
Chances are, if you've seen stats about Imposter Syndrome in the past eight years, Clare Josa was the source.
Clare Josa started researching Imposter Syndrome and burnout back in 2003, when she realised her already extensive cognitive-based, NLP Trainer toolkit could only address symptoms, not prevention, for her coaching clients. But Clare's research studies aren't just online polls or AI-generated questions.
They're grounded in university-level academic principles and Market Research Society best practice, with qualitative work feeding into the design of the quantitative studies, and sample sizes of up to 10,000.
Clare is currently completing an MSc in the Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health with the University of Warwick, UK, in which she is researching the role of neurodivergence in encoding everyday lived experience of Imposter Syndrome, stress and burnout as trauma-memories, both in workplaces and schools.
Clare's 2025/ 2026 research directly led to the development of her Safe to THRIVEâ„¢ framework, which will be published in her next book, in early 2027.
