I have space in my diary to work with maximum three mentoring clients, one-to-one, at any time. And this is only available for graduates of my deeper-dive programmes, such as Stepping Up To Lead or The C-Suite Leap.
The minimum commitment is three months, to help you make the progress you are looking for.
Working with me at this level brings you more than just the actual 1:1 time.
To get the maximum benefit from our time together, your mentoring includes:
When we start working together, you'll get a deep-dive video workbook that will take you about 30 minutes to go through.
This helps you to get clarity about where you 'are' and what you want to change. It gives us a clear outcome focus for working together.
It also gives me the background that would typically take up all of a first session with a new client. And it gives me insights into the subconscious blocks you might be running, so we can work on those right from the start, rather than it taking a couple of sessions to spot them.
For subsequent mentoring sessions, you get a shorter (ten-minute) video workbook, so that you can spot the progress you're making and have a laser focus on what you want from our session.
It also means I'm pre-briefed, meaning we can dive right in and start creating breakthroughs, getting the maximum impact possible from our time together.
I have over a decade's experience of working remotely with clients.
Our sessions will run via Zoom, so we can work together from wherever you are in the world, in a Covid-safe way, that still creates the breakthroughs you're dreaming of.
You can record your mentoring call, plus you'll get a summary email from me of the key action points we've agreed.
This means that during the session, you can relax and be present for the process, rather than furiously scribbling notes, or worrying you might forget something important.
If you want to deep-dive, you can go VIP, with two mentoring sessions plus a VIP half-day to create breakthroughs each month.
If you want practical on-going support and breakthroughs, you can choose Platinum, with two sessions a month.
If you're just looking for someone as a sounding-board and ad hoc 'block-clearer', then the Gold package gives you one session per month.
If during a mentoring session we identify that one of my online courses would help you to clear a block, fast, or deepen your understanding of a particular topic, it's yours - as my gift.
My courses are designed to create breakthroughs fast, in bite-sized chunks that work for busy people.
Note: this includes my online self-study courses, but not my Mastermind or Intensive programmes.
It can feel lonely, making changes, but not having anyone who 'gets' what you've achieved. So you're not alone between calls.
You've got support all-month-round.
Between sessions you get email support and WhatsApp support, to get quick answers to questions, during UK office hours, and to celebrate your successes (you'll want to be doing that!)
Forget about email ping pong to book your sessions! You will have access to my mentoring-only calendar, so you can easily book a time slot that fits your schedule.
And if you need to move a session, you can do this by clicking the 'reschedule' link in your appointment confirmation email, up to 48 hours ahead of our 1:1.

FAQs
Absolutely. And most good companies will cover this cost.
To reduce admin, both for me and for your employer, if your company funds this you will be invoiced quarterly in advance.
Your first session can booked once the initial invoice has been paid.
If you're away for a couple of weeks, it shouldn't be a problem. You'll have access to my online calendar and can choose time slots that fit around your holiday.
In the unlikely event of an extended sabbatical or illness, we would pause your sessions until you are ready to resume.
If it's just that you are busy or travel a lot through work, please still book your sessions, as per your package, as they can be even more of a lifeline in busy times.
This mentoring is your commitment to investing your time and energy into your future, so please make sure that anyone who manages your diary respects it.
We ask for a minimum three-month commitment. This gives you time to implement the actions that create the changes you are looking for.
You can stop your mentoring at any time by giving one month's notice, subject to the minimum three month commitment.
This notice period is so that we can wrap up what you have been working on and make sure you are ready for your next steps.
It's important to me to give you the flexibility to have a rolling contract on your mentoring, rather than insisting on you committing to another three-month period.
In return, I ask you to let me know one month in advance when you are ready to move on, so that I'm not turning away clients.
If your company has pre-paid for a three-month programme and there are sessions left over, these can be transferred to another member of your organisation, within 12 months.
Yes. If you're funding this yourself, you can pay monthly, but you will still have a minimum three-month commitment.
You can stop your mentoring at any time after that point by giving one month's notice.
