Happiness Experimenters – October 2013 Yoga Pose

Clare Josa, Research & Training Director

Happiness Experimenters - Yoga Pose Of The MonthWelcome to this month’s Happiness Experimenters‘ yoga pose!

This is one of my favourite poses, which becomes a moving sequence in this variation.

It can help you to:

  • Feel calmer – in under sixty seconds
  • Concentrate more easily – as you quieten your Monkey Mind
  • Reconnect with your inner stillpoint – finding peace in your heart
  • Calm turbulent emotions
  • Become more flexible in how you handle life’s challenges

And when you’re done, make sure you click the link at the bottom of today’s message, to share how you got on in the members-only forum.

Enjoy!
With love, Namaste,
