Is It Time For Inspired Action?

Clare Josa, Research & Training Director

Whenever you’re feeling inspired, that’s the time to act!

In a world where our ‘to-do’ list can run o the length of a major novel, most of us are spending far too much time ‘doing’ things.

But do you ever feel like you’re not really making progress, despite being so busy?
Then the secret for you could be…
… sit tight until you’re feeling inspired…
and then take massive action!
When we’re feeling inspired, it’s like we’re on a fast track to wherever our dreams are taking us. Instead of paddling upstream with all our might, we turn the boat around and go with the flow, making progress and enjoying synchronicities that we would never achieve through ‘hard work’ alone.
So the next time you find yourself working your butt off on a project, how about taking a step back and asking yourself, “Am I feeling inspired?”
If not, stop whatever you are doing and go an do something that inspires you – it doesn’t take long – and you might be amazed by the results.
Wishing you sunshine and laughter,
Namaste,
Clare
