Help To Create A Wave Of Imposter-Syndrome-Ditching Change Around The World!
The 2019 Imposter Syndrome Research Study shows that 'feeling like a fraud' - that you're somehow not good enough, despite evidence that you are - is trashing dreams, careers, businesses and lives.
Not only is it a major factor in the Gender Pay Gap and the lack of equality in senior roles, it keeps people lying awake at 3 a.m. worrying that they might get 'found out'. It stops them from speaking up with their brilliant ideas. It gets them saying 'no' to golden opportunities when their heart was screaming 'yes'.
And it's not just people working in corporate environments. Imposter Syndrome is destroying the dreams of entrepreneurs, especially women who want to start their own business.
Research shows that up to 70% of people struggle with Imposter Syndrome at some point in their career and that high-achievers are most likely to be affected. It's much more than 'self-doubt in a spiky suit'. And my 2019 research study shows that women who were struggling with Imposter Syndrome were:
Not speaking up with their ideas & opinions
Not applying for promotions they were qualified for
Not asking for a pay rise they knew they deserved
And 72% of women said Imposter Syndrome was a key factor in holding them back from fulfilling their potential, triggering anxiety and self-sabotage.
I've Spent The Past 17 Years Specialising In Imposter Syndrome, So They - And You - Don't Have To
Clare Josa
Author of Ditching Imposter Syndrome
I have spent nearly two decades researching, creating, and testing strategies to do the deeper work than classic coaching, going beyond mindset, to support people to truly set themselves free from Imposter Syndrome.
And my two signature programmes have been designed to do exactly that, in just 90 days.
It's my dream for this transformational work to reach as many people as possible. And if you can help with that, I'd love to thank you.

A transformational 90-day leadership development programme.
Combining the latest in self-study and supported learning, this programme creates breakthroughs as early as week two. Students study at their own pace, and are supported with small-group mentoring calls and 1:1 mentoring with me or one of my certified Imposter Syndrome Mentors.
In the words of a recent corporate client, head of HR, "Finally! A leadership development programme that actually works! I wish we had had this years ago!"
Certified Imposter Syndrome Mentor Training
For experienced mentors & coaches
Based on Clare's research and experience in Imposter Syndrome, this post-grad programme comes in two phases.
Firstly, students clear out their own Imposter Syndrome, with Clare's Stepping Up To Lead programme.
Then they discover how to safely do this with clients, to transform their coaching practice.
Fees for keynotes range between £2,995+VAT (bursary rate for low-funded diversity networks and max 100 attendees) and £9,995+VAT, depending on the audience size and how the replay of the event will be used.
Prices for bespoke training upon application.
Bespoke In-House Training
Keynote talks & bespoke in-house training
Clare regularly delivers highly engaging keynote talks for organisations and conferences on Imposter Syndrome, its role in the gender pay gap, and The Natural Resilience Method™.
She also runs bespoke in-house training for HR teams and line managers on topics including Imposter Syndrome awareness, how to make performance reviews Imposter Syndrome-friendly, and creating a level playing field to close the gender and BAME gap.
