Who are the tutors?
Clare Josa – a formally qualified NLP Trainer (for over a decade), a certified meditation teacher, a prolific author (some would accuse her of having verbal diarrhoea…) and a busy mum of 3, who has to practise what she teaches, to get to the end of the day with her sanity intact! Formerly a Mechanical Engineer, she brings a practical and logical, yet light-hearted and intuitive approach to her teaching.
Peter Briant – a certified Dru Yoga teacher, as well as a Shiatsu Therapist, Bowen Therapist and Emmett Therapist. He knows his stuff when it comes to body work. He’s also an accountant, but please don’t hold that against him!
