Over the years, I have searched for a breakfast cereal that isn’t highly processed, full of sugar (even in disguise!) and that my kids (5 and 3) will actually eat. And now I have found it.
This raw food granola recipe is so incredibly munchably tasty and so easy to make. My 5 year-old insisted on it after dinner tonight and wants it for breakfast tomorrow. And it’s blissfully nutritious! Packed with all the stuff he would normally refuse to eat. I’m one very chuffed mummy. 🙂
Once you have soaked / sprouted the various ingredients, the actual preparation time is only 10-15 minutes. Then you pretty much forget about it in the dehydrator for a day or so. It couldn’t be much easier!
