How To Handle Change
October 22nd 10am - 1pm
The shift from summer to autumn brings with it a wave of change that affects all areas of life. Discover profoundly simple techniques to more easily ride that wave of change, including some life lessons from autumn leaves.
Please note, it is essential that you pre-book, because I'll be sending you a questionnaire to make sure I can tailor the workshop for your specific needs, including any health concerns. This means I have to close the doors a couple of days before the event. I need those days to prepare! This is why I can't allow drop-in places or last-minute bookings.
Also, people travel for up to two hours to attend these workshops and there are only 11 places, so please book your ticket now to guarantee your spot. Thank you! x Clare

Where are the workshops?
They are in Clare's Yoga Yurt in Colemans Hatch, near Forest Row, East Sussex (UK).
You'll get a link with full directions, once you have booked.
What happens next?
You'll get a link with directions, so you know where to find your workshop.
Then a few weeks beforehand, Clare will email you with details of what we're going to cover and what to bring with you.
Please add email@example.com to your address book / approved sender list / non-promo folder in Google, to make sure you get the emails.
What kind of meditation is it?
Clare teaches a blend of Ancient meditation techniques, combined with practical mindfulness.
It is independent of any particular religion and is accessible to all.
What should I bring with me?
You'll want to wear comfortable clothes, because we'll be doing simple exercises and some yoga.
Please bring a yoga mat (you can hire one for £2 if you don't have one) and a blanket, to wrap over you for your deep relaxation and round your shoulders for your meditation. You might also want socks, to keep your feet warm during the meditations / relaxations.
A bottle of water is essential, to keep you hydrated (changing is thirsty work!).
You might also want to bring a journal and pen, to make notes.
What if I can't make it, after all?
Your place is transferable to a friend or loved-one (ladies only please!).
Please let Clare know, so that she can make sure they know what they need to know, to get the most from the workshop.
I'm not very bendy... How difficult is the yoga?
Dru yoga is suitable for all body types and Clare has been trained in how to adapt postures and sequences, so they work for the super-fit or those with mobility challenges.
If at any stage there's something you can't do, let Clare know and she'll help you to adapt it so you still get the full benefits - and actually enjoy it!
