But helping managers to develop the skills to be able to spot Imposter Syndrome and support people with it requires us to go a level deeper.
In addition to the in-house training days I run on this, I'm now creating an online version of this life-changing training. And I really want to make it as relevant as possible for you, which is why I've got a few questions for you!
The programme will run over four weeks, with self-study elements (busy-schedule-friendly) and three live (Zoom) small-group calls with me, for hot seat mentoring and to deep-dive on any questions that come up, as you implement what you are learning.
