- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email system’s address book / contact file / approved sender list / whitelist
Email systems have this weird way of randomly letting some emails through, but not others, even when it has previously worked.
It’s the #1 query my team gets from people taking my online courses – “Where did today’s email go?”
We have found that the best solution is to do this step, giving your email provider the clear signal that you want to receive these messages and that it’s ok to send them through. Thank you!

A Specially-Designed Kick-Start Pack
This lays the foundations for the rest of this course, so it’s worth taking half an hour or so to read through it and do the couple of exercises it includes. It will explain how to get the most from this course – for the least effort! And it will help you figure out how to stay motivated for the 28 days – and beyond.
Some of these will be short & sweet inspirational messages, relevant to that week’s theme. Some will be essential ‘how to’ resources. Some will be articles to help keep you motivated and to help you get past blocks. Please read the emails whenever you can – they won’t take long to read – and they’re a vital part of the How To Meditate – Made Easy course.
Note: if ever an email doesn’t arrive, you can view it online by going to www.HowToMeditateMadeEasy/Day-01 and changing the last two numbers to be that day’s number.

Each week you’ll get a new meditation to experience. These are designed to build on each other, week by week, to help you go more deeply into experiencing meditation and mindfulness, gently releasing any blocks and resistance and to inspire you along the journey.

If you’re feeling too stressed or tired to meditate, it could be that you need a deep relaxation, instead. That’s why I’m giving you a lovely 20 minute guided relaxation audio, as part of this course.
Exclusive Videos For Key Techniques
Sometimes it’s easier to ‘get’ a technique by watching a video, rather than reading about it. And that’s when you’ll have videos, ready and waiting for you. They help you go deeper and make the key techniques easier to weave into your everyday life.
