A huge thank you – before we start – for choosing to join in with this course. Whatever your reasons (and you’ll be looking at those in detail in the Getting Started Pack), I hope you find that 10 minutes a day of meditation over-delivers. 🙂

To download it, right click the link and choose ‘save as’ (or similar) from the menu.
The Kick-Start Pack ~ “Getting Started” ~ is the ideal place to begin, because it takes you through:
- What is meditation?
- The benefits of meditation
- What the 28 days will include
- What you need, to join in (pretty much nothing!)
- How to get the most from this course – for the least effort!
- What to do if you miss a day
- How to keep yourself motivated
Week One Meditation
Please note: the idea is to listen to the same meditation each day this week. There will be a new one next week.
Most people prefer to download it, especially if their internet speed is slower.
Plus meditating in front of your computer screen isn’t ideal…

- You should now receive an email each day, for the duration of the challenge.
Your first ‘proper’ email (i.e. Day 1) will arrive tomorrow – to give you time to go through the Getting Started pack today.
