Bedtime Gratitude Spiral
Here we’re moving on to a variation of gratitude minutes, but with a tweak that makes it a real treat. I call it the ‘Bedtime Gratitude Spiral’. This week’s video explains why it can be so potent.
And as an extra little challenge this week, I invite you to really allow yourself to smile as you do your gratitude practice.
Dive in and make it a physical experience, rather than a cognitive one. You’ll be amazed by the difference it makes in all areas of your life when you play with it ‘for real’![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” bg_position=”left top” bg_repeat=”no-repeat” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” top_padding=”47″ bottom_padding=”47″][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]
Week 5 Affirmation:
I love my gratitude minutes. They bring a smile to my face – day or night.

Here’s an audio of this week’s technique. You could download it to your MP3 player to guide you through it, as you fall asleep.
To download, right click here and choose ‘save as’ (or similar) to save it.
To listen online (not ideal – and can be glitchy depending on your internet speed), click the play icon.

- I’m curious: what do you find it easy to feel grateful for? And what is more difficult to feel grateful for?
