Week 3 Gratitude Project
One of my insider-secrets for getting the whole gratitude malarkey to work for you is getting it out of your head and into the physical and emotional feelings. And when I talk about ‘head’, I mean ‘left brain’.
When we approach gratitude from a logical, rational perspective, then it risks being nothing more than an intellectual exercise. Remember all the stuff I talked about last week, about WHY the sixty seconds thing works? If you’re approaching your gratitude from a left-brained perspective, then you’re forcing your body to climb a figurative mountain, to get those results. If you can integrate it with your right brain and – even better – come at it from your heart, then it’s as easy as rolling a pebble down a hill.
So this week I want to share with you one of my favourite gratitude projects, which you could start today to let it work its magic all year long. In fact, I’ve got two projects to share with you this week, but the second one is coming via email in a couple of days.
The first one is about creating a ‘gratitude jar’. There’s a crib sheet for how to do it, below.
You can make it simple or you can dive in and explore your creative genius.
