I really hope you enjoyed your Week 1 Project. Did you get to experiment with gratitude minutes much? How did they help you? Here’s where we’re talking about it.
This week I’ve got a challenge for you – to help you integrate last week’s project more deeply.
In addition to keeping going with your Gratitude Minutes, I’m inviting you to write them down.
There’s something magical that happens when you take stuff out of your head and get it onto paper. It intensifies it and somehow makes it feel more real. If you write down your gratitude minutes each day this week, then I promise you, you will feel the shifts. You can choose any notebook you have, or a beautiful journal, or even a specific gratitude journal. (In true Blue Peter style, here’s one I prepared earlier! Not a hard sell – just letting you know, ‘cos readers tell me they love it. 😉 Gratitude: A Daily Journal)
And if you’d like an extra stretch, how about going public with it? How about making your first tweet or first Facebook update of the day to be about gratitude? It quickly becomes contagious, so you’ll be helping your loved-ones to have a more uplifting day, without them having to consciously do a thing!
