Step 3: Finding Your Way Around
Over the next few days, you'll get a short series of emails to guide you through getting the most from the app, including how to tailor your journey to easily find the courses and techniques that will make the biggest difference for you.
We want to help you to get quick wins already this week, and build your plan after that.
Step 4: What Happens After 30 Days?
As promised, we'll remind you in emails, and in the FAQs course in the app, about how to cancel your Courage Club membership before the 30 days end, if that's what you want.
