Welcome to Day 6 of Chakra Vitality. I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s video.

Today we’re building in the visualisation and colour element for the sacral chakra. Once you get into the flow with this one, it can create lovely shifts in your experience of life. Old patterns and habits can fall away and relationships can improve. Just make sure you’re always setting your intention for any change to be gentle, rather than radical!
