Today we’re moving on the throat chakra. Here’s today’s MP3 audio.
The physical exercises for this chakra are – again – about gently releasing tension and opening up freedom of movement. Please only do these within a range that feels safe and comfortable for you. Practising them regularly will help your neck, shoulder and jaw muscles to relax, which allows oxygen to flow more freely to your brain. This can help you think more clearly and can even help improve any tension related headaches or neck pain. So there’s more to this than just clearing out your chakras 😉
