I’m a writer trying to reach wider audiences and have a lot of “I can’t” blocks – I can’t get to grips with this technology, I can’t do podcasts or webcasts because I don’t look good, I can’t get my head round all the things I need to do etc etc. I get very overwhelmed by my inner critic so I’ve taken your advice and am trying to clear out my blocks. Obviously I can’t do them all at once but they have a familiar pattern of “not being good enough” so I’m working on that one and doing your meditations. For the “I can’t get to grips with this technology” I could look at learning from YouTube and other video instructions and focussing on one new skill at a time. Thank you for your clear and inspiring videos that enable me to stay calm and approach things a step at a time.

Really sorry about that, Rhonda. I know it’s working for some people because I have had beautiful feedback from them on the techniques in the video – but clearly it’s not working for you.
Could you please let me know what you were using to watch it (e.g. iPhone / Android / Laptop / mac) and which browser (e.g. Safari / Mozilla / Internet Explorer) so my tech team can look into getting this fixed for you?
