I know what it’s like…
Ten years ago I was a workaholic who thought nothing of running 15 hour work days, a hectic social life and a ‘to do’ list that might well have reached to the moon and back.
Then I had kids. And I kept those time strategies running, often working until 2am, whilst wearing my baby in a sling, drowning under the weight of the stuff I had to do.
Then life threw me a curve ball and I ended up as a single mum of a toddler and a baby, living miles away from my old support crew, trying to run a business to keep our lives afloat and having to deal with some pretty painful fears and emotions, head-on.
