Lady Eve Balfour, founder of the Soil Association, was passionate about teaching people to put as much effort into the soil in which they grew their crops as the crops themselves. And it’s the same for our Passionate World Changer dreams.
In today’s Soul Nudge episode we’re talking about how to nurture the soil for your dreams – and what that really means to you.

Today’s quote:
“You have to consciously create the conditions that make your dreams inevitable.”
Today’s intention: look at the quality of your soil. If you sow the seeds of your dreams in the soil that’s currently supporting them, how likely are they to grow?
It’s time to create the space to grow in today’s Soul Nudge episode.
In this week’s #SoulNudge podcasts, we’re talking about how we can take lessons from my spring-has-sprung veg patch and apply them to our Passionate World Changer journeys. And today we’re starting with creating the space to grow. Make sure you check out the resources, after you have listened, including how to sign up for my free 5-day Ditch The Overwhelm course and how to get my Limiting Belief Toolkit.

Today’s quote:
“Limiting beliefs will strangle your dreams as surely as a forest of brambles.”
What can we really do to end bullying in our culture?
The budget speech by the UK’s Chancellor, Philip Hammond, on International Women’s Day inspired me to totally change the proposed theme of today’s podcast episode.
He announced increased spending for groups working to put an end to violence towards women – on International Women’s Day. Laudable. But he had already shown himself to be a bully, during his speech.
Here’s my take on why he owes the Nation an apology – and what each and every one of us needs to do, to move our world closer to being a place where people stick up for each other and behave kindly, instead of hating and destroying anyone who’s not like us.
What Do You Think? What Can We Do To Make A Bigger Difference And End Bullying In Our Culture?
I’d love to hear from you:
How do you think each of us contributes towards a culture of bullying and aggression towards those who are different from us?
Should our politicians and leaders be behaving more responsibly?
And what action could you take, today, to step up and make a bigger difference?
I’d love to hear from you, via the comments.

With love and gratitude,
[blank_space height=’2em’]
P.S. One of the biggest triggers for behaving the way that Philip Hammond did today is Imposter Syndrome – fear of feeling like a fraud and not being good enough. If you’d like to join me for our Imposter-Syndrome-Ditching Mastermind in the next few weeks, please get in touch ASAP. x C.

One of the biggest blocks to stepping up to make the difference you’re here to make in the world is feeling out-of-synch with your life’s purpose.
Indeed, I have lost count of the number of social media laments I have read, over the years, where people are still frantically searching for their life’s purpose, and the years fly by.
In it, Nancy explains why connecting with your Inner Genius is so essential, if you want to make a difference in the world, and she spills the beans on her personal journey. She shares with you some priceless how-to on lining up with your unique skills and voice, and you even get to find out about my little-known party trick, which has been getting me into trouble since I was 17 – and why it’s such a vital element of my life’s purpose!
Nancy and I want to time this interview for the podcast for this week, because it is Thanksgiving week.
And one of the things we forget, in the hum-drum of inner-critic-led daily life, is to give thanks for our unique talents, skills, experience and Dharma (see page 45 of your handbook!).
So our joint invitation to you this week is to listen to this interview and then take a few moments out, each day, for the next week, to focus on what you are doing well, what you are good at, and to gently train yourself to celebrate the positive difference you make in the world.
When you’ve listened to today’s podcast on lining up with your life’s purpose, let me know, via the comments:
Have you been hiding behind your fears, worries and inner critic’s excuses on your Inner Genius?
What could you do, today, to connect even 1% more deeply with your Talent and Genius?
How could you crank up the level to which you are using your Inner Genius in the difference you want to make in the world?
