Welcome to week 9!

Ok, so we’re ready! It’s time in week 9 to set yourself free from ‘should-itis’ – the modern epidemnic. And you’ll be amazed at how much easier that makes it to live from your heart, rather than your head.

It’s hard to live from your heart when you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, irritable and put-upon. But the only person who can change that is you. This week I want to make that easy for you, so we’ll be covering:

  • The single magical mindset-shift that FINALLY sets you free from ‘should-itis’, forever, without turning into a horrible, nasty person!
  • How to stop those spinning plates and feel calmer, happier and have more time to do the things you have been dreaming of
