It’s great that you’re looking for an expert speaker for International Women’s Day 2026. Events like this boost morale, celebrate women, and raise awareness of the barriers they face.

But how do you make the changes last longer than the cupcakes?

You need to design the event to be high-impact: changing attitudes, actions, and outcomes.

Clare Josa - International Women's Day Speaker

It's always a worry that well-intentioned IWD events might be viewed afterwards as performative box-ticking - full of high-profile promises - but then by Monday it's back to business-as-usual.

To increase the event's impact and lead to lasting change, it’s not about hiring an expert to talk ‘at’ women, to 'motivate' or 'inspire' them.

It’s about real, unfiltered conversations about what matters most to them - and practical actions that address and remove the barriers they face.

It’s about giving them the support they need to be able to thrive and have the impact their ideas and dreams deserve.

But There's something we're not talking about:

An IWD Keynote Talk Is Often The Wrong Solution

change doesn’t come from a stage. it comes from a conversation.

It's time for a fireside chat.

it's a blend of inspirational online presentation with facilitated discussion

Only for ED&I networks for international women's day in march 2026

tired of not being able to get a great speaker For IWD because it's way Out of Your budget Range?

I get so many requests each year for IWD keynotes, from ED&I groups who don't have enough budget for a totally tailored keynote talk event. And I hate not being able to help them.

So for IWD I’m doing something different - and I think it’s overdue:

I’m turning down all IWD2026 bespoke keynote speaker requests.

For IWD 2026 I'm running online Fireside Chats exclusively for ED&I networks: designed to create change, not just awareness.

Keynote

What’s the difference between a keynote and a fireside chat with Clare Josa?

A keynote is a high-profile expert performance, designed to inspire and uplift. A fireside chat is a conversation that actually creates change.

A keynote delivers pre-prepared content: valuable, but one-way.
An online fireside chat brings the audience into the decision-making room.

It combines 30 minutes of research-backed insight and practical, proven strategies with 30 minutes of live Q&A, where Clare answers the questions that matter most to your people - not the ones a committee guessed in advance.

The presentation element creates a shared understanding and common language to discuss what’s really going on.

The Q&A turns those insights into actions, right there in the moment.

That’s what makes it perfect for International Women’s Day: it’s not about inspiration for an hour.

It’s about clarity, courage, and taking the first steps towards lasting change.

This shifts your IWD sessions from a ‘celebration hour’ into a catalyst for change.

What Clients Say

That was simply brilliant! It's one of the best hours I have ever invested.

The lightbulbs were coming thick and fast and I love that I got to try out practical solutions for Imposter Syndrome, right there during the session. Plus I loved the fact it was all grounded in Clare's research.

I feel so much more confident now supporting my team members with this. And Clare's depth of knowledge, passion, and open-hearted way of presenting what could normally be a challenging topic is inspirational.

ED&I teams RARELY have budget for a bespoke IWD keynote, typically £15,000+.

Making IWD2026 Easy and Stress-Free

  • All your event details in one place - no email ping pong or waiting for answers
  • Building buzz and marketing your event is simple, with ready-to-send graphics and copy
  • Live-event attendee workbook and interviewer kickstart guide, taking the stress out of what to do when and how
  • Post-event integration resources for your attendees
  • Got a question? You get an exclusive Client Hub jump-the-inbox-queue email address to use.

To make this incredible rate possible for you to book Clare Josa as your International Women’s Day speaker for IWD2026, there are four simple rules,
which we hope you’ll agree are fair:

Rule 1

The Talk Format Is Fixed

The online 30-minute talk + 30-minute Q&A structure is tried-and-tested to work brilliantly. There's no tailoring of the talk for these sessions. The Q&A runs interview-style, with questions asked by a member of your team, and we even have a mini interviewer-kickstart guide for them in the Client Hub to help them relax.

Rule 2

Pre-Payment Confirms Your Slot

To keep our admin costs down, these IWD events are pre-pay only. No 'invoicing after delivery' or split-pay or invoice-chasing.

Payment confirms your chosen date and time and releases access to the resources in your 'Client Hub', to make your marketing easy.

Rule 3

No Custom-Branding

There's no customising of the initial talk. And there's no custom branding of the slides or the in-talk workbook, or post-talk resources. Contact us about a bespoke keynote if that's what you need.

Rule 4

Only For IWD2026

It’s only for events at the times listed in the calendar (11am and 2pm UK time - timezone converter) between 2nd and 18th March 2026. Outside of this period the regular Fireside Chat fee of £5,000 + VAT would apply.

These simple rules mean Clare can make these sessions financially accessible for most ED&I networks,
to support as many women as possible for IWD2026.

It's not yet another hour of slides. These are the conversations people remember because they felt seen.

Give every attendee something lasting from IWD - for less than a cupcake and a coffee.

If you’ve got a little budget spare, Clare is offering an incredible upgrade:

Get 100 physical copies of one of Clare's books to share with your IWD network members, half price - at just £500 + P&P.

Ditching Imposter Syndrome

Ditching Imposter Syndrome

Because confidence & mindset workshops don’t touch this.

This is where your team finally understands what’s really driving Imposter Syndrome - including the three hidden amplifiers in any organisation - and how to change it for good.

Grounded in twenty years of research, it’s practical, powerful, and refreshingly free from hype.

Dare To Dream Bigger

How to share your ideas with courage, confidence & Passion

For people with great ideas who hold back from sharing them.

This session shows how courage, confidence and clarity combine to make voices heard — without burning out or selling out.

It’s the antidote to cultures where the loudest voice wins.

here's what it feels like for the audience - recent attendee feedback:

Clare answering my question helped me more than ten years of therapy. It has totally changed the way I see myself, and the impact I can have. And she did that in seven minutes.

Clare was brilliant. She was a joy to work with and massively over delivered to an audience who really benefited from her expertise.

Attendees said: "This is the most relevant and helpful session I’ve attended in years – thank you!"

"Thanks so much for this event, I think it was THE most useful session about personal development I’ve attended."

Clare Josa joined Wellcome’s SEESAW network for a Fireside Chat on Imposter Syndrome, an issue that can feel acute for colleagues from lower-socioeconomic backgrounds.

Clare is a fantastic communicator. She explained what Imposter Syndrome really is, how it impacts different groups, and how to spot the warning signs, before sharing a simple, effective strategy to stop it taking hold. She then expertly fielded a range of questions from the audience.

She really was superb. Feedback from colleagues has been overwhelmingly positive. It was a brilliant session.

Blew Me Away

I didn't think I could become even more of a super fan of Clare's than I already was after reading Ditching Imposter Syndrome. But today's session blew me away.

The way she handled over 700 people live, including answering their questions, without skipping a beat, and making it all fun and interactive - wow.

I came away with so many insights and can't wait to get started on my 'next 24 hours' action plan. Thank you, Clare!

Possibly the best online session I've ever watched.

It was amazing and had such impact. I didn't know that was possible for an online event.

We've already got an inbox full of clients thanking us for running it and describing it as 'brilliant'. And it was incredible to get over 650 people joining us live.

I can't believe how Clare managed to make it so interactive, despite being virtual, as well as fielding questions as we went through without losing the flow.

Booking & Logistics

Everything you need to confirm and plan the session.

How do we book & pay?

Use this link to go to the booking form. It has ten quick questions to help guide Clare to co-create a great session.

If your'e ready to book, you'll go to a calendar with all available sessions. Pick one, fill in your contact details, and it will be reserved for you for two weeks.

You'll automatically get an email (within 5 minutes) letting you know how to pay. And once your payment has been received, your slot is confirmed.

You can pay via a secure credit card portal (Stripe - gives you a VAT receipt) or via invoice.

Can we pay by invoice and how long is the date held?

Yes, you can pay by invoice. And details of how to arrange that will be emailed to you, once you've reserved your slot.

We'll provisionally hold your chosen date and time for two weeks, to give you time to send us the details we need to invoice you, including a purchase order, if needed.

Payment terms are 30 days from when we invoice you. If the invoice hasn't been paid by then, your date is released to the public.

Can we book now and pay in January?

These sessions are in high demand and we are unable to hold them for a company without payment.

Most teams we work with find it easier to use this year’s budget and have the session already secured. That way you don’t risk the IWD funds being re-absorbed in January reforecasting.

We can hold the date for seven days while you check with Finance. It usually just needs a cost-centre approval.

Can we pay after the event?

No. To help us offer this incredible IWD-only rate, all payments are in advance. It's not a large amount, so to keep our admin time sensible we don't offer 50:50 pre / post event splits, either.

The admin costs of chasing payments after a client has enjoyed an event they loved are simply too high.

Is VAT charged and can you issue a VAT invoice?

All prices listed are ex-VAT.

UK VAT applies, unless you're booking as a company that is based overseas. This is counted as a B2B transaction and the relevant VAT rules would apply.

Yes, you'll get a VAT invoice.

What audience size should we plan for and what do you need from us?

It's very common for clients to have upwards of 100 attendees for this kind of fireside chat with Clare Josa.

She has run them for anything from 20 to 2,000, though with more attendees, you'll need someone managing the questions who is comfortable with that volume in the Teams / Zoom chat.

It's helpful for Clare to know in advance approximately how many attendees there will be, because she can adapt her delivery style to suit your teams.

Which dates are available for IWD 2026?

Events are available on weekdays at 11am and 2pm from 2nd to 18th March 2026, on weekdays online. Those times are UK time. (Time zone converter).

Evenings and weekends are not available for this event.

If you want to book a fireside chat outside of that period, the regular £5,000 fee would apply.

If there's a specific IWD2026 date and time you're looking for, please get in touch with Clare's team here first and we'll let you know if it's available.

But remember: the sooner you book, the more choice you'll have.

Can we book this event for later in the year instead of for IWD?

Absolutely. But the special IWD-only rate is only for IWD2026. Any fireside chat after that window would be subject to the usual fee of £5,000. You can find out more here.

What happens if we need to change the date?

You'll have a link in your confirmation email that allows you to change your event time and date, subject to availability. But all dates are locked one month ahead of IWD2026.

And once the slots are full, Clare will have been turning companies away. So these slots are not refundable, outside of Clare's usual terms and conditions.

If no other IWD2026 dates are available, your fee can be used as credit towards a future, full-price event.

So it is best if you book a time and date that you know will work for your teams.

How is the event hosted?

You can host it on your company's Teams or Zoom account, or for a nominal £100 fee you can use Clare Josa's Zoom.

If you use a system other than Teams or Zoom, Clare may need to do a tech check with you ahead of the event, to ensure your IT systems will allow her to use her 'virtual camera' (green screen with slides behind her) and her professional recording studio microphone.

Can we book a date at a different time of year?

We run these sessions exclusively for ED&I networks, at special rates that aren’t normally available. To make that possible, we focus delivery into three blocks each year. One is around International Women’s Day in March and then, subject to Clare's diary, there might be a block in late June and one in late October. The rest of the year, we only offer bespoke work.

"Incredible"

MD - Service-based SME

"Thank you" doesn't really seem to be enough. But from the bottom of my heart, a huge and much appreciated thank you for the talk last Wednesday.

The feedback has been nothing but 'incredible'. You are a fabulous, knowledgeable, entertaining and 'real' speaker.
