You can either click ‘play’ to listen online. Or (much more relaxing!) right click the button below and choose ‘save as’ or equivalent to download the MP3 to listen to offline. Please find yourself somewhere warm and cosy where you can feel safe, close your eyes and not be disturbed for the next 15 minutes or so.

This relaxation is intended to be done during the day and it works best if you can find somewhere comfy to lie down. But if you need to do it in a chair, then make sure you have a cushion behind your back and ideally under your pelvis, and possibly a block under your feet, so that your thighs are parallel to the ground.
