Practical Inspiration That Fits Around Your Busy Schedule

Study with Clare Josa, the UK's leading authority on Imposter Syndrome, with nearly 20 years of specialising in the field, and the best-selling author of Ditching Imposter Syndrome.

Here's what you'll get:

  • 10 inspirational, research-backed modules that you can study to become an Imposter Syndrome First-Aider at your own pace, fitting around even the busiest of calendar
  • Deep-dive background info on what Imposter Syndrome is (and isn't) and how it happens, so you can feel confident leading that discussion with your teams
  • Ready-to-implement, proven Imposter Syndrome first-aid strategies, complete with workbooks, self-mentoring questions, and shareable MP3s, based on what Clare teaches her 1:1 mentoring clients, and her students on her Rewire Your Brain programme. These create results in minutes, not months.
  • Learn the way you love to learn, all in bite-sized chunks - with videos, audios, workbooks, quizzes, and three put-it-into-practice assignments. Designed by Clare Josa, an NLP Trainer since 2003 (an expert in designing training courses that actually work - this training is a fluff-free zone)
  • Feel fully supported on your Imposter Syndrome First-Aider journey - with a private forum discussion for each lesson, plus three months' invitation-only access to Clare's monthly hot seat mentoring Q&A call, and a further nine months' membership of Clare's Soul Led Leaders community.

As an Imposter Syndrome First-Aider you’ll help your colleagues realise they’re not alone with their stress, struggles and self-sabotage. And you can show them the practical things they can do to stop that cycle fast.

Upon successful completion of this training, you'll be qualified to support members of your organisation on a 'first aid' basis with Imposter Syndrome, which means you will be able to help them to:

  • realise they're not alone in struggling with Imposter Syndrome - that they're not 'broken' and that they are good enough!
  • be able to press 'pause' on the negative self-talk that means they talk themselves out of opportunities to shine and self-sabotage their success
  • regain their perspective, if Imposter Syndrome strikes, reducing anxiety and boosting their confidence
  • start the journey of turning their inner critic into a genuine cheerleader, so they find it easier to speak up with their best ideas
  • cut their stress levels and become naturally resilient, so that they are grounded and thriving, rather than coping

You’ll also be able to act as a guide for those on Clare's Natural Resilience Method™ foundation training - the Inner Critic Bootcamp - a self-study programme for people who want to cut their stress levels, boost their confidence, and start turning their inner critic into a genuine cheerleader. And you'll get to learn how to use all of the strategies in the Inner Critic Bootcamp for yourself, too.

Two Bonus modules: applying what you have learned to cultivate natural resilience and prevent burnout

In these two bonus modules, you'll learn how to take the core elements from the main training and to apply them - for yourself and for others - to prevent burnout, to reverse it at the early stages, and to support your teams in cultivating natural resilience, rather than 'bounce-back' resilience.

This is particularly relevant because research is showing how many employees are close to burnout, as we exit lockdown, especially if they've been juggling remote working with carer responsibilities.

And you'll discover how to apply these strategies to reset toxic boundaries, without going to war with 'difficult people', and reclaim your personal power, to be able to flow through life, rather than feeling you're forcing things.

Go beyond supported self-study.

You'll get a module of video / audio lessons each week, to study at a time that suits you.

Get extra support and work directly with Clare, by joining the one-time-only live round of this training.

This gets you TWO small-group Q&A calls each month (instead of the usual one) for three months, with Clare, rather than one of her certified mentors.

And you'll benefit from the early bird pricing for this programme.

Your place is just £995 + VAT, instead of the usual £1,495 + VAT.

Places are limited to just 50 27 people and doors to join this programme close until March 2022, once this live round starts on November 1st.

What's Your Investment?

This course includes twenty hours of training materials, over twelve weeks, broken down into bite-sized lessons, designed for you to work through at your own pace over a number of weeks, plus workbooks, quizzes and self-mentoring exercises.

There are also three short assignments (not scary!) to help you to put what you have learned into action, and to feel more confident, by practising in a safe and supported environment.

You'll want to include time to implement and learn from the training, plus making the most of your group Q&A calls with Clare for the first three months, and the private discussion forum. And you can refer back to the materials at any point in the future. There's no expiry.

No-rush, lifetime access to Clare Josa's Imposter Syndrome First-Aider training materials is yours for just £995 + VAT, instead of the usual £1,495 + VAT, during the launch phase, between now and when the programme goes live at midday on 1st November 2021.

You are not alone! You've got support in the private forum, three months of invitation-only Q&A calls with Clare.

Prices are subject to UK VAT. You can either register now, paying via Stripe (a secure checkout system), and secure your early bird price, or you can request for your company to be invoiced for the programme, if they book a minimum of five places.

Please note: your access to the training can't start until your company has paid the invoice, which must happen before 1st November 2021 at midday UK time, to be eligible for this round. Otherwise you will need to wait until the March 2022 start date.

Meet Your Trainer: Clare Josa

One of the most common questions leaders ask me after they've watched one of my Imposter Syndrome keynote talks is what they can do to support team members.

They can see the impact Imposter Syndrome is having, both for individuals and for the organisation's success, but they're not sure where to start. And they're often running Imposter Syndrome themselves, too.

So I've created this certification programme to support you with becoming an Imposter Syndrome First-Aider, giving you tools that make a difference, fast, when they're needed most.

You'll feel confident in using them, because you'll have learned how to use them for yourself, first, rewiring your brain to turn your inner critic into a genuine cheerleader.

And you'll be getting to make a difference, removing the Imposter Syndrome taboo and helping people to reconnect with hope - as they realise they can do something practical to stop Imposter Syndrome in its tracks and they no longer have to live at the mercy of negative self-talk.

Are you in?

Remember: the one-time-only live round of this programme (usually supported self-study) starts on 1st November.

Places are limited to 50 27.

To join us, book your place now. The early bird rate ends on 1st October 2021.

A week before the November 1st start, you'll get updates with details of the live calls and how to make the most of this extra support from Clare.

Got A Question First About Becoming An Imposter Syndrome First-Aider?

How do I access the training?

The main training is in a secure area of my online training vault, which means you can access it from any computer or smartphone, at a time to suit you.

And there's no expiry - it won't suddenly disappear. So you can come back to it whenever you want to.

When are the Q&A calls?

These take place via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

For the live round of this programme in November, we'll pick two time slots, alternating these, based on the timezones that will work best for everyone.

The calls are audio recorded, so you can still learn from them, even if there's one you couldn't join live.

How does the forum work?

The forum is hosted on Circle.so, rather than being a Facebook or LinkedIn group.

This gives you more privacy - and fewer distractions!

There's a separate discussion thread for each lesson in the modules, so you can easily keep track of where you're up to - and see what others have been sharing, too.

It's the perfect place to share your lightbulb moments, bounce ideas, and network to make new friends.

Can I get multiple tickets for my team?

Absolutely. We can set this up for you. And we can invoice your organisation direct, for minimum five attendees.

Plus we can also run this for you as an in-house programme, rather than being part of the public programme, for a minimum of twelve people.

Please contact Clare's team to arrange a bulk pass.

What's the difference between this and therapy?

This is not a therapeutic qualification. It's about being able to help someone, in that moment, to feel calmer, to reduce their anxiety, and to regain their perspective.

In addition, the longer-term strategies you'll be learning can help a person to prevent anxiety, to reduce their worrying, and to feel happier.

You don't need to be medically qualified to help someone at that level - and it could make a huge difference for them, for the rest of their life.

Can I get this invoiced to my company?

Due to the admin and delays this can cause, we have to say 'maybe'. We can invoice your company direct if they book at least five places.

Your ticket would need to be paid in full, prior to the start date of the course.

Alternatively, please pay by card (Stripe is secure) and reclaim it. You will be given a VAT invoice.

What do the assignments involve?

The assignments are designed to support you in implementing what you're learning - so you don't get to the end of the course and then freeze, because it was all theoretical.

They are also designed to support you in making those initial implementation steps fun and simple - totally non-scary.

I'll be asking you to write up what you have learned from each of the three assignments, but that process is simple and easy, too. All you need to do is answer the assignment report questions.

It's not about Pulitzer prose. It's about me being able to see that you have applied what you have learned and that you're getting ready to become an Imposter Syndrome First-Aider for your organisation.

You'll get feedback on your assignments from me or one of my certified Mentors, and they're also a great point to ask any questions you might have.

What's the difference between this and the Imposter Syndrome Mentor training?

Great question!

The Certified Imposter Syndrome Mentor training is a year-long programme that helps experienced coaches, therapists and mentors to work at the deeper levels required for Imposter Syndrome work.

It's about helping you to support someone to set themselves free from Imposter Syndrome, once and for all.

In comparison, this training is about 'first aid'.

It's about supporting them when Imposter Syndrome strikes, and also teaching them the foundations of how to choose which thoughts to feed. This is one of my five pillars for truly ditching Imposter Syndrome, and it can change their life forever.

It's an incredible gift to be able to share with them.

And it also qualifies you to support team members through my Inner Critic Bootcamp programme.
