Bulk Licences For Your Teams
Each set of bulk licences is supported by in-house Imposter Syndrome First-Aiders, also known as Natural Resilience Method® Facilitators.
They're there to offer 1:1 support to those who might want or need it, either to get answers to their questions, or to 'unstick' a block.
They also manage who gets licences (we've got a quiz-style assessment to make that easy), answering confidential in-app questions from your team members, and they run a monthly Q&A. See below.
NOTE: Your bulk app licence can't start until your First-Aiders have completed their training, which takes 3 months. So it's worth getting them trained, while you're sorting funding for the app licence.
Our research shows that the 'shame' people feel over Imposter Syndrome and burnout can be so great that it becomes a barrier to them asking for help.
This is especially the case if they have to ask their line manager for funding, training or coaching.
This is why we ask for bulk app licences to be centrally funded, and not cross-charged to line managers, so they never need to know if a team member is using the app.
Licences are allocated by the Imposter Syndrome First-Aiders, fully confidentially.
In addition, users can communicate directly with the First-Aiders inside the app, rather than using company email, to ask questions or request a 1:1 coaching session.
And if you opt for annual ROI reporting, no personally identifiable data is shared.
These strategies remove one of the biggest blocks to people asking for help.
Your First-Aiders are trained in how to facilitate a monthly, in-house Q&A call with app users.
This Q&A call is fully confidential and it gives people the chance to celebrate their successes, get answers to questions, learn from others' experience, and get hot seat coaching.

The Imposter Syndrome First-Aiders, like any coach, need access to supervision.
So your in-house First-Aiders get invitation-only access to a monthly coaching call with Clare Josa or one of her Master Coaches.
They can share insights, get advice on how to handle specific issues that may have come up in a 1:1, and learn from other First-Aiders, so they always feel fully supported and have access to best practice.
There's also an annual conference (virtual) for all First-Aiders, where they can learn about new techniques and be the first to know about the latest research.
Your Imposter Syndrome First-Aiders have access to your in-house, company-only dashboard.
This is where they can allocate licences, answer questions from app users in their teams, and check whether anyone is no longer engaging with the app, who might appreciate a check-in.
They can even change add new First-Aiders, as they complete the certification process.
It makes it really easy for them to manage the 'back end' of the app for your teams.
It's going to happen: someone won't like the app. It might be they're not ready for this kind of work yet. It might be that the content doesn't resonate with them.
And that's fine.
All they need to do is let the First-Aiders know and their licence can be reallocated to someone else. It's never wasted.
Likewise if someone leaves the company.
Plus we're proactive about this. If someone hasn't logged in for a month, your First-Aiders get an email asking them to check in with that person, to find out whether they're stuck or not interested anymore - or they've learned all they need!
And we remind the First-Aiders in that email how to release the licence, if they need to.
This means you've getting maximum value from your subscription.
Although people can join the app at any time, it's great to create a buzz around the launch.
