Why Join The Natural Resilience Method™ Facilitator Training?
42% of employees have left a job due to burnout or worrying that they will burn out
46% of women are currently worried about burnout due to work. Even for men, that figure is 35%.
77% of employees think their employer is not doing enough to prevent burnout.
You're passionate about making a difference and wanting to help people. And they come to you for advice and support when things are going wrong.
You're known for having a listening ear and an open heart.
But how do you move beyond the 'tea and platitudes' to actually being able to help them to escape from their habits of negative self-talk, worrying about the worst that can happen, struggling with Imposter Syndrome, and turn around burnout?
That's what the Natural Resilience Method™ Facilitator programme does.
You do the Practitioner Training first, for yourself. After all, you want to be walking your talk!
Then you spend a further six weeks deep-diving on the demystified neuroscience and performance psychology from the Practitioner programme, so you really 'get' it and can handle any question that someone would throw at you, in a 1:1 talk.
Plus there are three bonus modules you can take, to also become a certified Imposter Syndrome First-Aider.
You'll be able to support others on a first-aid basis when they're struggling with Imposter Syndrome, burnout and self-doubt, sharing practical strategies that help them to create breakthroughs in minutes, not months.
And to help you to bridge the gap between theory and practice, there are three straight-forward assignments to make it super-easy for you to put this into practice.
The Facilitator Training is designed to help you get results, no matter how busy you are, so you can get out there and make an even bigger difference in the world.
Your Course Director: Clare Josa
Author of Ditching Imposter Syndrome
I’m Clare, an expert in the neuroscience and psychology of performance, and the creator of The Natural Resilience Method™. I specialise in creating transformation at the deepest levels, in ways that are fast, fun and forever.
I enjoyed a successful corporate career in engineering, specialising in Six Sigma, and then as Head of Market Research for one of the world’s most disruptive brands. Then in 2003 I switched my focus to helping leaders and high-achievers to clear out the glass ceilings they never realised they had put in their own way, especially Imposter Syndrome.
I’m the author of eight books, have been interviewed by The Independent, The Daily Telegraph and Radio 4, amongst others, and I speak internationally on ditching Imposter Syndrome, the Natural Resilience Method™, and how to change the world by changing yourself.
The Natural Resilience Method™ Facilitator training is an extra 6-weeks after the Practitioner programme, so you can support others on a first-aid basis when they're struggling with Imposter Syndrome, burnout and self-doubt.

Got Questions First? FAQs
There is a bursary for the Practitioner programme, but not for the Facilitator.
Because it is aimed at people who will be supporting colleagues in the workplace. And we expect employers to fund this.
I'm totally passionate about getting this work out there, but it's not fair if big corporations expect me to subsidise them. I hope you understand.
They are hosted in a secure training vault on my website. You'll be able to choose your login details when we go live on September 13th.
You'll get a new module each week and there's no expiry date, so you can revisit them, whenever you want to.
For the live round of this programme (starting 13th September) we'll be hosting these twice a month.
You can join us from anywhere in the world via Zoom.
These calls will alternate between 2pm UK / 9am EST and 9am UK / 6pm Australia, to include as many time zones as possible.
These sessions will start promptly and Clare will stay until everyone's question has been answered, for up to an hour.
You can also submit a question anonymously, if you prefer.
The Facilitator training teaches you how to support people 1:1, if they are working through the Practitioner programme.
You can also support them on a 'first aid' basis, if they aren't.
But it doesn't qualify you as a coach or to use these strategies in your coaching business. Please contact us if you have questions about this.
Yes, we can invoice your employer. But if you only want one place, it's usually much quicker and easier to pay this yourself, with an agreement from your manager to have it refunded. You will get a VAT receipt to help with this.
We reserve the right to charge an admin fee, if your employer's 'approved supplier' process takes more than an hour of our time - we hope you understand.
Bulk places can be invoiced, but the delegates cannot start the programme until the invoice has been paid. Please bear in mind this can take many months in lots of organisations.
I hear you!
The reason why we are diving in with this in September is because so many people are offline at different times over August.
But don't worry, if you register today, then between now and our start date you'll get a weekly email with de-stressing tips, so you can get started already.
Absolutely! If you have friends or colleagues who want to join us, please share the link to this page with them.
However, please remember that when you register for this programme, it gives you one ticket - for you.
You wouldn't bring a friend to sit on your lap during a Wembley concert. So please don't share your login to these materials with anyone else.
At Facilitator level, you'll be able to safely and effectively share these techniques on a 1:1 basis with others who are on the Practitioner programme, or on a 'first aid' basis for those who aren't. Note: it doesn't qualify you as a coach. That training is here.
At Trainer level, you will be trained and licensed to share these materials in live trainings and workshops. Please note: the Trainer training does not authorise you to create self-study programmes around these materials - only live-delivered trainings.
