For the August 7th full-day workshop, you get to pay what this is worth to you.
The suggested donation is what you would charge a client or your boss for a full day of your time.

How To Handle Change

The shift from summer to autumn brings with it a wave of change that affects all areas of life. Discover profoundly simple techniques to more easily ride that wave of change, including some life lessons from autumn leaves.
Please note, it is essential that you pre-book, because I'll be sending you a questionnaire to make sure I can tailor the workshop for your specific needs, including any health concerns. This means I have to close the doors a couple of days before the event. I need those days to prepare! This is why I can't allow drop-in places or last-minute bookings.

Clare teaches a blend of Ancient meditation techniques, combined with practical mindfulness.
It is independent of any particular religion and is accessible to all.
You'll want to wear comfortable clothes, because we'll be doing simple exercises and some yoga.
Please bring a yoga mat (you can hire one for £2 if you don't have one) and a blanket, to wrap over you for your deep relaxation and round your shoulders for your meditation. You might also want socks, to keep your feet warm during the meditations / relaxations.
A bottle of water is essential, to keep you hydrated (changing is thirsty work!).
You might also want to bring a journal and pen, to make notes.
Your place is transferable to a friend or loved-one (ladies only please!).

Dru yoga is suitable for all body types and Clare has been trained in how to adapt postures and sequences, so they work for the super-fit or those with mobility challenges.
