Here’s what you need to know for week 4:
To download it to play on your computer or MP3 player, right click and choose ‘save as’ (or similar).
Note: if you’re not able to download it, you can click on the link to play it online. However, depending on how fast your internet service is, it may or may not give you smooth playing. The download option works better for most people.
Please note: the idea is to listen to the same meditation each day this week. There will be a new one next week.
