Obviously, it’s up to you whether or not you want to continue with your meditation journey. But, just in case you do, here are some suggestions that might help.

You could choose to repeat the 28 days & the four weeks of meditations. Students who have done this find that the messages, exercises and meditations work at an even deeper level.
